Most leadership programs have slides. We have horses. Fifteen senior government leaders stepped into our arena this month to explore what it really means to influence, build trust, and lead through change. Horses are helping Sudanese-Australian youth build confidence, resilience and job-readiness after experiences with the justice system. Through equine-assisted learning, participants develop communication, trust and emotional regulation in a safe, judgment-free environment that fosters genuine behavioural change and belief in their future.
