EQ Leaders, a Social Traders Certified Social Enterprise, wins the Excellence in Education and Training Award at the 2025 Wyndham City Council Business Awards.

We’re thrilled to share that EQ Leaders has won the Excellence in Education and Training Award at the 2025 Wyndham City Council Business Awards.

From horse arenas to boardrooms and now onto the global stage, this recognition means the world to our team.

Being named a Business of the Year finalist on the night, alongside the winners (and EQ Leaders clients) Werribee Open Range Zoo, was an incredible honour and something we’ll never forget.

This award belongs to our entire team, including a few with four legs. Their commitment, heart, and belief in what we do make all the difference.

We’re proud to be shaking up leadership development through experiences that move people, not just train them. Our programs blend practical leadership science with real, hands-on learning experiences that bring out courage, connection, and authenticity.

And we’re just getting started.
