We're experts in organisational learning and development. Some of our team members just happen to be horses.

 

As learning and development specialists, and Associates of Executive Education at Melbourne Business School, we hold more than 15 years experience delivering meaningful L&D solutions across the corporate, government and not for profit sectors. 

 

Unlike other equine-assisted learning programs, EQ Leaders programs are NOT adapted from a therapy model. Our solution designs are underpinned by tested experiential learning theory methods and models, so our difference is more than being novel. We're passionate about supporting modern leaders to lead differently and confidently through change and uncertainty.

Absolutely no horse experience is required, and no riding is involved.

EQ Leaders provides your organisation with a consolidated report that includes the action plan constructed by the group during the workshop and the workshop evaluation.

Team Development Experience

The experience is customised to meet your team’s needs. Activities designed to target the group’s goals and objectives - as identified in the pre-work - inform and pinpoint appropriate development exercises for your team. Your curated program facilitates team member’s insights, and documents the specific actions identified to overcome them.
